It’s been a while since I last posted here. I still play OW but I transitioned to PC from PS4 about two months ago. I started in bronze and now I’m in high silver, about to reach gold soon. I do believe as I get more comfortable with mouse and keyboard, I’ll be able to hit Diamond where I was placed on PS4.
I tried playing console again today, after a while. My god, the games were absolutely abysmal. Not in the quality itself (although I do miss PC quick flicking), but with the attitude of players. All my games tonight either had someone cursing slurs in chat/VC or they will trash talk anyone for the pettiest reasons or no reason at all. Like how bitter must you be that you trash talk anyone for no reasons at all. Luckily, I was only subject to the harassment once out of all my games but I can’t imagine mental energy in both dealing and taking the trash talk. I’m sure PC has this too but they are a lot fewer in instances and a lot milder too.
Has anyone else who made the switch noticed too?
