Didn't recieved TIER 3 Tracer Sprays

I have the same problem. The last Third Party is unlocked on Twitch but I have nothing in the game.

No problem for Tiers 1 and 2

So glad to see I’m not the only one. I’ve been watching streams for hours, which I don’t mind giving streamers a view, but I really want the sprays. They are just too cool. I’ll watch two more hours if I have to, no big, but just hope Blizzard publicly lets us know to do that so we don’t miss out on the last sprays.

Blizzard have now acknowledged this issue on Twitter. They don’t have an ETA on a fix ATM. :slight_smile:

Same here. Twitch tells me unlocked. Game tells me locked. Just for Information Purposes. Watchtime ~8hrs

Same here, i play on xbox have no idea if that is part of the problem or not. I have confirmation from steam that i earned all three drops but still only have 1 & 2

Now, I am not getting Tier 1 even though I know I have watched enough for it. I guess I will try again tomorrow.

Same problem here, Twitch says I have already earned tier 1,2 and 3 drops, but in my Overwatch account only tier 1 and 2 sprays were dropped.

Same here, got the notification on Twitch, validated the information on the inventory (they are there), but still in-game there’s no tier 3 spray. =(

Same here.

Got the Tier 3 drops 3 hours ago and they’re still showing as locked in game on Xbox.

The Tier 1 and 2 drops are unlocked.

I didn’t get the drops either, watched streams for over 10 hours by now, well after the event started, and while the streams showed drops enabled. I waited a day, watched different streams, twitch inventory says I have tier 3, OW inventory only has tier 2.

Same thing here. Tier 1 and 2 are unlocked, but tier 3 is locked in Overwatch. Unlocked on Twitch since yesterday morning. I watched a few more streams but nothing changed. Blizzard needs to look into their setup, there’s something off with the sync

They’re aware and are implementing a fix, but it hasn’t gone through yet.

I didn’t unlock any of them in game, though in Twitch it clearly says I have all 3 tiers, It’s been a day now, still not unlocked

have you tried a manually disconnect from the client and reconnect?
