Didn't get spray

I afked the stream and i have the dva spray :frowning:
I’m not sure if it is a bug but i thought i let you guys know

Same. Played the finals for hours on both laptop and phone while I worked and I only have D.va and two tokens. So not happy especially after giving both days my hours.

I watched the entire broadcast on Friday, even tuned into the twitch channel a full 12+ minutes before Watchpoint started, and still didn’t earn the Watchparty: Gibraltar spray, which is disappointing, considering how much I <3 there being a spray w/Emily & Tracer. T_T

They’re saying a lot of people didn’t get the Watchpoint Gibralter spray even though they should’ve (myself included)–Anukii might be out of luck for the others, but Occurian, you might want to put in a ticket about that one.

Following as well. I got both of mine from today but didn’t get either one from watching yesterday. Would like help getting my two as well.

If I happened to be in the same boat, where would I go about submitting such a ticket? All the support options seem purpose-designed to funnel people right back to the forum.

I just submitted a ticket earlier today and they said there’s nothing that they can do about it that we have to go to the forms and report a bug

same boat here. Got the Dva spray but never got the drop for the next one. It’s a huge bummer tbh, I love Rein and really had wanted that spray :confused:

Is there a way to submit a ticket in the bug section, I can only find how to submit a ticket in the payment section, 2 try and claim these sprays.

I got all but the last one and am confused because I watched the entire stream… can’t even contact support to complain :frowning:

I watched both and got 3 and not 4, yet I spent well over 3 hours watching them. :frowning:
