Just my opinion, but I hate Sombra because of hack. Having no abilities is really fun. EMP is okay, as it is an ultimate. I would prefer hack be removed, and sombra’s damage increased, so she is a flanker instead of anti-fun. Just opinion though.
I wouldn’t say fine, I think it was definitely a move in the right direction though. She definitely feels more reliable in small duels.
Unfortunately I doubt she’ll ever get buffs that make her more than even slightly viable though.
Even with the buff, it’s still literally impossible to take on a hanzo that has passable aim. I don’t even bother engaging him anymore, as I’ll have an arrow through my face before I’ve even dealt 20 damage to him regardless of where I’ve engaged from, whether I’m invisible, or hacked him etc.
One QOL buff I’d like to see is having her Hacked health packs appear normal to her enemies, until they attempt to take it. They’d then hear her laugh, or a voice line, and the normal hacked symbol would appear above it for a short time. Give the sombra player a ping to notify them someone has tried to take the pack. Would pair well with her passive with seeing targets through walls, and fits her cheeky personality really well. Also grants more utility, as she could start using them as traps for low HP targets.
