I didn’t get the top 500 icon for ending the season in competitive mystery heroes in top 500

Unfortunately, Top 500 player icons and sprays are exclusive to Overwatch 1 and are no longer earnable. I’m glad to be of help. And I definitely empathize with your disappointment, but unfortunately, it seems the Devs have made up their minds. Here’s to hoping they will eventually implement those rewards back into Overwatch 2 in the future.
