Did not receive ranked rewards for season 2 among others

I logged in for season 3, expecting a small amount of comp points, im not very good but i finished in bronze for tank and support, and silver for damage, but I didn’t receive a single point. I got a big notification of “thanks for playing” and got a Pegasus souvenir ??? from the S2 battlepass??? which i didn’t buy???

I havent done my placements yet but the comp screen tells me im silver in all ranks.

Additionally, I own the Okami skin for hanzo and have done since Overwatch 1, and it is not visible in my gallery unlocked or locked.

I was M5 and played 1 game, but my highest was M4, received diamond rewards
