Self-healing abilities now charge ultimate abilities. As a result, some heroes’ ultimate costs have been adjusted.

Ultimates that consume the ultimate meter when activated will now drain the meter more quickly (0.25s instead of 1s).

This thread’s been documenting every hero change for awhile. Deflect hitbox was reduced to more accurately fit the visual, if i remember the dev comment right.
