The clip is fishy, yes. But it’s by no means proof. Fast flicking is actually something you can learn. I, as a Low Master player, do it a lot. And the second flick was definitely real. He’s trolling, it’s not even hard to act like you have aimbot if your aim is good.

Thanks to ttwwiinnss for pointing that out, watched it again and he’s definitely right.
Fast flicks are incredibly easy to do, if you’re not targeting someone. That’s what he did. He fast flicked in the general direction of the Reaper for you people to fall for it. The flick back to the Reaper is a completely normal flick. He has very good aim after all.
