Did Bob rip off McCree's left arm?

EDIT: Welp, I got a reply from Michael Chu on Twitter:

Just curious to ask this because of what Ashe says near the end of the Reunion short. As you know, McCree as we know him is missing his left arm, and has a mechanical arm in its place.

Ashe says:
"I’m gonna rebuild Bob, and I’m gonna have him rip off your OTHER arm!!!"

Just the way she emphasised the word ‘other’ makes it seem as though she was responsible for McCree losing his arm.

Also, when he revives the omnic that was inside the crate, his facial expression looks very reluctant to tell her what happened to his arm, possibly because it was the Deadlock gang who did it, and he’d just dealt with them.

Could be that, could also be that Ashe knows he lost his arm some other way and only has one good arm left, and is threatening to have Bob rebuilt to rip it off.

Probably just a threat made from being angry and such.

As for his left arm, no idea when it got chopped off.

No way. Just look at Bob. Would such a sophisticated, refined gentleman go around ripping body parts off? That’s so uncivilized!

When they two did that classic shootout thing, I thought “oh no, this is where McCree loses his arm”.
It wasn’t until Ashe said the line that I noticed that McCree’s already lost his arm by this point.

Nah they’d never show someone losing an arm in one of the animated shorts (mainly because they keep it to a stupidly sensitive PG level)

The furthest they’ve ever gone with ‘gore’ is showing us how Reinhardt lost one of his eyes.

The no hard feelings line also adds to the theory.

I mean the reason she put emphasis on “other” is probably because she knows he’s missing one.
Bob could’ve done or, or not. There’s not much to read into

I had that feeling as well, the way they hint at his arm at the end of the animation when he says “Well, that’s the story for another time,” when McCree’s ‘partner’ grabs it. Also may I point out the picture on his bike at the very end, it’s probably from his youth, someone who looks a lot like Ashe is in the picture as well, I can’t really tell if he has the prosthetic arm back there. And finally the lines “No hard fillings Bob,” and “Looks like Bob got himself some upgrades,” might be foreshadowing to the fact that he knew him & Ashe in the past, which somehow could support the theory. Lastly, the title of the short, “Reunion” might have two meanings in the way, he reunites with the robot, or as he refers to her his “partner” as well as with Ashe, whom he seems to know. Idk just throwing out my thoughts at ya.
