Nothing relocked or removed from what I can tell? Seems like just a bunch a voice lines randomly unequipped and skins set back to classic with today’s update. Not game breaking, but certainly annoying.

Same here, but with sprays! All chars unequiped with them or selected randomly now…

Mine did too, freaked me out for a second. Wonder why?? I don’t think I lost anything - haven’t really checked though
Glad I’m not the only one, then.
And yeah, it was everything. Most skins reverted to default and the game unequipped or chose different things from random cosmetic types on each hero. No rhyme or reason to it.

A dev said they are doing some backend stuff to convert everybody’s account to OW2, so I think that’s why things are acting weird

That would make sense, I’ve disconnected a lot tonight too and so have a lot of my friends. Been seeing lots of DCs in game and lots of backfills.
Same, and it’s super annoying having to put everything how it was. Here I’m supposed to trust them with cross-progression and the seamless transition of all my items and settings while they’re leaving messes this big for me to sort through.

This was my immediate worry lmao. I’m hoping this isn’t a sign of worse to come. Though even having to do this a second time will be a huge pain.

Yes, this is going to be annoying… I’m one of those who have tried to collect all possible cosmetics (in fact, I’m missing ONLY ONE of the entire game’s skins because it was in the midst of pandemic when my father passed away and my mother almost…).
And now having to set everything up again with sprays, phrases, etc is going to be a pain. But I think I’m going to wait for OW2 to come out, I’m just going to configure only my mains and the golden weapons. Just in case something happens and I don’t have to do it again.
It’s fun doing high level games with a high level account with the default skin. Somehow it’s trolling on another level. Brilliant really.
