Diamond Weapons

Could we get a 2nd tier of weapon unlocks, like say a diamond version following the golden weapon? Lots of us have multiple golden weapons already on the hero’s we play, a 2nd tier of weapon would be be more meaningful than a 7th 8th or 9th golden weapon on hero’s we barely use. Please consider it, thanks guys

I’d like some unique gun models instead of a recolor that looks out of place. Something like different guns for each SR tier. Getting to diamond would unlock the diamond gun model for purchase etc…

i don’t know how it would be instituted, but I was thinking one would have a golden weapon on hero first then another 3k to upgrade to diamond. It has to start somewhere. People will save for next season

I would like that ,but I feel like the majority won’t (since the majority of players are in gold ,followed by plat)

I don’t remember the statistics they recently posted ,though I think plat is second ,not sure.

  1. Platinum

The dev team already regrets adding golden guns to the game. I don’t think we will be getting any more weapon unlocks.

Actually, I would love a diamond/glass looking Mercy Staff. It would prob run really expensive though. 4000-6000 comp points?

It will most likely never happen seeing jeff said he regrets putting golden weapons in the game but i do think it would be a cool idea

Bad idea, Blizzard already regrets making golden weapon only obtainable through comp points.

I think that that is just a premium problem. I also dont like the idea for more weaponskins. Normal skins would be better.
