Dear Overwatch team at the start of season 3 it was shown to me that the highest rank i reached was Diamond and that’s not true i have reached Master and i was only given Diamond Challenger and comp point of Diamond please check previous season and you can confirm that i have reached Master and give me what i deserve.

If u lost a couple of games while being in Masters ur “visual” rank didn’t change, but ur “internal” mmr changed to Diamond
it did this last season as well. i dont know why everyone is suprised.
Agreed, this was likely due to the 7 win 20 loss system preventing you from seeing your true rank.
