Recently, I have changed my network providor(not using WIFI). And since I changed the network, I cannot enter the game. It always says "Lost Connection to the game sever ". But there is no problem when I play other games.
Once I changed to the wireless network, I would be able to enter the game.
I have tried all the suggestions listed in technical support forums, including hosts, ip, dns and others.
By any chance are you with Teksavvy in BC, Canada?
Edit: Actually we can’t get on wired or wireless so maybe you are having a different issue.
Oh, sorry. I am in Singapore. Still cannot enter the game.TT
