Actually looking at the latest Dev message it’s full of glib retorts and nothing of value
Like, what sort of a response is that? “We did our jobs at the massive convention dedicated to us, maybe you should’ve just watched those”
If we take out the “Top secret stuff” which frankly means sod all we are left with
Which in order are
- Something they’re supposed to be doing regardless (followed up by a glib statement)
- The slowest UI updates in the world
- Something else they’re already supposed to be doing
- Something we’ve been asking for forever (but this isn’t going to happen soon. So maybe at the end of the year knowing bliz)
- “”““Feature development””“”" Which is the vaguest thing in the world
- “Event support” Which either means they’re going to stop recycling events (doubtful) or they’re just making new skins to get that #dollar
It’s stuff like this that really proves WHY Overwatch has lost so much of it’s core support and why people actively dislike the dev team. Despite whatever ““daddy Jeff”” meme you want to throw about, they’re treating their consumer base awfully. We’re supposed to be grateful for any word from them, and any complaints are mocked and ignored.
