As someone who plays widow I can say confidently. This is a net buff. A big one at that as it allows widow to be harder to dive and play safer angles.
Its just so funny they buffed a top 5 dps over the one that was amongst the worst

Kephrii a top 500 gm player widowmaker use to play a ton of symmetra. Usually was his 2nd most played hero in competitive seasons. Probably not now tho heh

sombra was my top 5 played but once I learned tracer I dont really see a use for her anymore so i stopped playing her

Symmetra has a garbage design baseline. That is the problem. Too niche and too strong if viable towards tanks and genji.
Zarya buffs were bogus. What’s even the point of more HP if she just gets dmg to match? Already top tank on small maps.

I disagree. Her design is fine. Its her powerbudget thatsbpoorly thought out. No part of her kit is wrong by default, but the way they balanved how it comes together is. Except her anti shield passives. They need to go
