The Goat meta is there for mouths now and it’s starts to be really unfun.
The Ranked ladder is in a very bad state.
The toxicity has not gone down, even if you overbanned now for the slighty things.
Private profils is proven numbers of time to a useless and bad feature, that only brings a tool for one tricks accounts/trolls and cheaters to hide behind.
So here what the community is asking

The change of the meta, its impossible to please every one i get it, but thats why you need to switch meta more often. Tired of the goat meta. Your hero pool is full of dps that almost no one can play on a serious game.

More features : weapon skins, more customization and other cool things, The ability to rewatch games ( team’s have sometimes to actually pay someone to record their games , Team ranked, Team features etc…

A T3 esport scene investement. If you want a good overwatch league, you need to invest in T3 , Overwatch contenders are too small and most of players aren’t even paid. You need to invest in T3 or OWL will be 90% Korean (oh never mind that already the case)
Reworked Ranked: The ranked ladders need to start a very effective way to identify bad players and good players. The mmr system is not working in a current state.
And finnally: Find a way to make casual players and hardcore players enjoy the game. And for that there is only one way, dont let them play with each other.
