Lifeweaver didn’t get buffed with this patch which frankly warrants some kind of communication as to why—about 75% of the creator mode changes to him should have just shipped to the regular modes.
The reason is because he was buffed recently in the last season patch.
His buffs did very little (in the case of the rejuv dash/ToL changes which only were to offset the 15% dps passive [that is now 20% again]) or nothing besides make full charging blossom worse (the 80 hp max blossom that shipped with a charge rate nerf). The devs do not properly target what lifeweaver needs to succeed and need to act a lot more responsively until they do. They’re leagues more communicative with Illari even in the times when she was better than Lifeweaver.
