I’m really curious as to why you think Ana is one of the best heroes to play against? She’s one of my mains and I think she’s in a pretty good spot rn but being anti healed and slept is pretty unfun.
Genji should be higher, he may be annoying but he is nowhere near the level of annoyance as tracer, at least his movement is predictable.

I play Torb sometimes, and I enjoy it quite a bit more than any player in your “definitive” A, B, or C tiers
A) subjective as all hell
