Mid 20s I assume.

Cause the wiki says he is 37 
That’s his current age, but he’s younger in his new “Deadlock” skin since it’s before he was in Overwatch.

Well he was in Blackwatch 7/8 years ago from the Archives comics, so we can assume mid to late twenties.
Age don’t matter he could still get it
