Hi!
Upon playing OW when involved in an intense fight I find my game lagging out? For a few seconds in the fight the enemy and my team will phase through falls or the floor or even just float around aimlessly while the game carrys on, I’ve updated my graphics card, I’ve watched my task manager when it happens, I’ve kept an eye on my ingame stats. My ping stays the same so I know its not my internet, nothing else changes other than what is happening on my screen. I’ve unintalled, re-installed and repaired and nothing works. Need some advise or help. many thanks!

Yes, that’s the same problem I have, and it’s not happening to me in other games like Rivals
Check out GalaxyCat and Stevo’s threads on the bug report forum, others have reported the same issue. It’s been horrible this season, and we’ve tried everything on our end.

its unfortunate that this is happening to so many people and ow won’t acknowledge it or offer any type of help outside what other players have done to “fix” the issue.

Thanks for the video evidence! SilverWave mentioned this post to me and the desync you’re showing is what is affecting me as well. Although for me it’s way more subtle, almost unnoticeable, which led me to believe there is something wrong with my (high precision) mouse input. I added your post to the list of similar issues.
