I play pretty much none of these heroes, yet the skill trees got me having a blast with literally every single one of them. They all literally have a better version of the Diablo 4 skill trees.
I can’t imagine how fun my preferred heroes will be.
Monthly patch? Seasonal? Probably seasonal, yeah?
I asked a dev on twitter and he said theyre aiming for around 3-4 heroes per season

Nope, I hope not.
I mean we’re getting Freja in the midseason patch, but other than that the next batch should be next season and if all goes to plan, every season after that.
Freja is coming in about three or four weeks.
After that, we won’t see any new heroes until next season. So probably late June or July.
It’s truly awesome. I don’t usually play Mei, but she was a lot of fun. I’m a Kiri main, and being able to do serious damage again is great. I put everything in power and took out an ulting Solder last game. He had just hit Q and was looking at me.
That’s as good an answer as a dev responding. 
Seasons go for two months, yeah? That’s honestly not too terrible. I hope they can squeeze in an extra tank, my OCD been acting up about the hero number per role.
Same - I love playing Mauga.
But I feel like I am being held hostage mybblizzard. So I play Orissa now.
No where is she close to how fun Mauga is.

Make your first power Scorched Earth, then Hooves of Steel as your second. Build the rest as you see fit around being unkillable and Scorched Earth will wipe everyone out as you get bulkier, tons of Terra Surges along the way! Scorched Earth is legit the only offensive component to the entire build and it is an absolute blast.

Big Chimpstoni, Trash Rodent, and Omnic version of The Thing are the season after!
I wonder how zen is going to go. Discord is rough on one tank and now you have a super zen and cannot switch.
