were there any type of database leak from blizzard? asking just to make sure i’m not in risk of my information being public
Where is this idea coming from? I don’t work at Blizzard but haven’t heard about this at all.

If there is ever a breach of personal data that is made public you are more likely to see it in the breaking news section at us.battle.net/en/support. There would also be notifications posted from the @BlizzardCS Twitter Feed.
Regardless of there being any breaches, it is always good practice to make sure you change your password to your Blizzard BattleNet account frequently and make sure it is not the same password used for more critical services such as your email or bank account… Furthermore, Blizzard offers two-factor authentication features such as the BattleNet Authenticator App and Phone Notification which help ensure that no unauthorized user accesses your account. It is highly recommended that all users use these free features.
