Have some sorta bug that gives 80%+ damage reduction on their block/fortify etc
Also armour shares this bug

Apparently it is, ML7 was talking about it during a recent stream and said the recent patch is cooked

Yes, its a bug. It’s specifically in the interaction with Armor and any other dmg mitigation ability (like block or nano) on top of that. They stack above the hard cap when they shouldnt.
e.g. heroes who do not have armor, do not have the bug.
Hazard/Ram are probably the most egregious ones who benefit from this. Doomfist doesnt benefit from it because he has no armor.

It probably has been in the game for a while, but was just recently found out. Hopefully they could hotfix this.
