An actual joke team.
Good. Account boosting is against the game’s ToS and should be dealt with accordingly. Personally, I would have fired anyone who violates the ToS, but it isn’t my call.
Fuelsbadman.
…
There are still a ton of Dallas Fuel fans out there, but this has got to hurt. Seems like the team has a hard time managing their players cuz they can’t keep the outside antics and drama out of them.
Well, at least they aren’t the Shanghai Dragons, who have yet to win a game. (And I really do wish Shanghai Dragons to actually win a Series for once).
I agree with suspensions when they break ToS, but this was almost a year ago. There should be a statute of limitation on this kind of stuff.
Boosting in Overwatch…is like prostitution in U.S.
If you pay for it, it is illegal.
If no money changes hands, it is fine.
what a joke
fusion also got a professional booster… he got suspended for 30 games… HELLO???
what is this??
it doesnt seem fair.
Dallas SERIOUSLY needs to get better background checks.
Things just go from bad to worse for the Fuel. I feel bad for HarryHook aKM, and the rest of the players who just want to do well.
SADO ran the boosting service, OGE was just an employee.
That’s the difference.
20 million to for a team spot and Dallas Fuel can’t get his (you know what I mean) together.
Time to get better management, esport psyches, coaches and so on.
Market value of DallasFuel is going down the drain
Sado was the head honcho, OGE was an employee.
yea but 4 games is still not enough…
it should be 15 games at least.
Who would win? Dallas Fuel with only the players that are actually allowed to play, or Ultra Instinct Shanghai Dragons
Find out next time on Overwatch League
‘It should be 15 games because I, someone with no affiliation to the Overwatch League and zero knowledge of the OWL code of conduct say so’
Where does Dallas find these players. Is it a requirement to be “criminal and toxic” to join the team. Does it add to their “badass” image?
the point is that 4 games is not really a punishment. people who need money will still take the risk in the situation.
4 games? Didn’t the other guy who did this get suspended til like Stage 4 or 30 games or something? That’s the one thing about OWL…their punishment consistency makes zero sense. Taimou says things just as bad as XQC on stream…gets $1000 fine vs. suspended for rest of stage and $4000 fine for XQC.
XQC was a repeat offender. It was not his first fine. I am sure Blizzard has considered the extent of the boosting in their punishment.
