Daily Challenges Timer, how does it work?

I’ve realized over the last couple of days that whenever I log into the game for the day, my daily challenge timer is 19 hours. I’ve seen a few people claim that the timer is set on 20hrs instead of 24hrs, which isn’t a big deal; but that would mean I should “cycle” through different times if I run the game at similar times every day (19hrs on day 1, ~15hrs on day 2 etc.). Yet whenever I start the game for the day, I’m at 19 hours.

So, I ask: Does the daily challenge timer start when you run the game?
Do I miss out on BP EXP if I run the game later? Should I run the game/be online as soon as my daily timer ends to get a faster refresh and thus more dailies overall?

Im almost positive that its 20 hours after you log in. If youre logged in 20 hours later it will reset while youre playing. If you dont log on till say 25 hours after, if will be another 20 hour timer after u logged in.
