Technically it has been reduced by 50% over the past three weeks. And it shows no signs of stopping. As well, as it has been pointed, she doesn’t have the latest nerfs there yet.
Combined to her abysmal stats in higher ladder tiers, that is something we’re concerned about.

Furthermore, a lot of people are like “oh no they’re just prepping for 2-2-2 lock” but they’re doing plenty of triple support sombra DOATS with Zarya and double sniper with sombra and the like

Zen’s pickrate is down 20%, guess all those heavy nerfs transformed him into a sentient trashcan. 
Dva has 1.04% pickrate in GM now btw.
So few people pick dva now that her winrate is being inflated in GM by the super small minority who pick dva in super niche situations and happen to win. 
Probably Orisa bunker against Orisa/Hog comps to eat halt to stop halthooks. Or maybe even tripletank with Orisa/Hog/Dva, I’ve seen that too. Your team can halthook but theirs cannot when your only job is to eat a halt.

Dva is now a niche pick. A tank niche pick. Symm has 2.4% pickrate tho, I think I will just be playing symm.

I disagree.
I don’t think she is currently close to being F-tier.
Right now does she seems to be B-tier in OWL and C-tier in ladder play (GM).
And I truly hope they will not nerf her again, because her stats seems to be still fine and balanced in OWL and ladder play.
Nobody has ever cared about Dva’s pickrates as a dva main. Those are inconsequential compared to the gameplay.
We simply care that Dva is a viable and fun tank to play and not ultifeederbot.
No, she doesn’t have healthy rates at anything anymore.

News flash: OWL players aren’t bad dva players but they’re getting benched.
One might think 200 hours of playing dva experience would amount to something but I suppose not even that. =p

Her percentages are dropping nonetheless.
Have to wait until she becomes unplayable to say something relevant in her favor? as she’s been the most nerfed hero consistently for the past 6 months.

D.Va and roadhog inherently feed ult charge more than, say, Zarya, even when played optimally. It’s in their kits
OWL is a patch behind. They’re not playing with the DM range nerf.

People are happy with top down balance when thier own hero is not affected. You ask for sombra nerfs and people rush to defend her.

Imagine playing with a semi resonable defense matrix as of today.
d.va players being benched for sombra players doesn’t mean the hero is bad or anything
it just means that sombra, the alternative, is perceived as stronger
it’s very possible that d.va will reemerge to dominance in owl since she’s often been used in place of hog in bunker in pro play, and with dive being an option again later she can also be used for that as well
i’m well aware that unnerfed d.va was fine on ladder, but let’s not act like d.va will go away in owl
Reffering to Matrix’s length getting chopped down by 1/3 and the visual update. OWL is currently a patch behind so her drop off doesn’t even have the current nerfs yet.

The new meta and nerf are definitely the cause for this, but I didn’t expected it to be this bad.

shes also OP on ladder as well.
Sombra shuts down certain heroes to the point that they are forced to switch.
Honestly, didn’t see this coming either. I didn’t predict she’d fall off like that either.

I don’t see the GM 1% thing tho it’s more 2-3% for me
