I was thinking making it so when she uses her ult, she cant automatically go back into her mech, maybe make her ult charge 75% after she ults so she cant re-mech immediately.
That might make her ult not even worth using. Letâs see how the upcomming nerfs affect her before thinking about even more nerfs.

Actually its pretty negligible. A nerf like this wonât accomplish anything other than delay 2 to 5 seconds in mech

that would mean loosing your role in the team for 20sec at least every time you use your ult and being extremly vulnerable doing so.
I donât think I would ever use my ult for anything but the death of the meca in that situation.
If Dva still need nerf after brigitte and the current ptr modification goes comp then the damage output will be the thing to change, not her survivability.
2-5 seconds of a baby dva would be a death sentence every time she used her ult, unless she kills the whole other team.
How? Unless you put yourself in a bad position, you can spam crouch and straffing from a distance and get your mech back easily.
Nah. It would only really affect her when contesting a point during overtime and maybe when she ults just to get a new mech in certain situations but other than that it really would just be a nuisance

As a guy who parades for her nerf, this isnât the way to go. IF you wanted to nerf her ultimate just make it take 4 seconds to explode so all her power comes from her kit and not her ultimate
After a certain level, you stop using the Dva bomb as a bomb to get kills. Maybe to get a Zen or Ana thatâs out in the middle of nowhere, but otherwise, itâs not for kills. Now, I use it to zone off an area or to get a new mech. Particularly in overtime on the point. So basically, it would be suicide every time I use my ult. YupâŚ

Thatâs how she currently is.
If you think D.Vaâs ultimate is âtoo good at killing peopleâ, you need to start playing a barrier tank or get better positioning.

I am all for Nerfing D.Va but this change does make it pretty much pointless to use her Ult. I personally support nerfing D.Vaâs ability to Fire MM + DM at same time.
But in compensation she gets a Dodge Roll like McCree with Baby D.va

Still though. A delay of 2-5 seconds as baby dva would be a death sentence. Her ult is easy to avoid, and in that 2-5 seconds, she will be super vulnerable if any enemy is alive.
