It’s a bit weird. Assuming 2-2-2 comes to the general public, DVa’s nerf makes 0 sense. She’s going to be a questionable off tank with 2-2-2, making Zarya even better. I really hope if 2-2-2 comes out, they revert the DM nerf.
It makes sense in terms of goats, but not much outside of it IMO

Most tanks can get things done and be healed afterwards when needed. D.va literally needs a babysitter or she will be useless.
Shes not a tank anymore. Why bother running her when you can play someone that will feed less more of the time?

In this scenario I agree. DVa requires the biggest pocket out of any tank by far. Like I said before, if they don’t change her DM back if 2-2-2 actually is a thing, I’d be surprised.
Edit: however, I don’t think she’s in “bad” tier. She’s just really hard to play effectively right now. Mouffin is a player who still uses her extremely well.

Personally I haven’t had any issues with her. I still play the way that I play. 
I agree, but at the same time, the rumor of 2-2-2 was only for OWL. So 2-2-2 might just be a tournament thing. We, the playerbase may not get to see it at all in game.
she takes over 250 damage without dying, thats a tank. thats why zarya is a tank too she has effectively 600 health if you include the bubble.
No. In 2-2-2 Zarya will not be good because a Rein-Zarya comp requires so much support that it needs 3 supports that support gives it its bullying power without they just get bodied. And besides the bunker meta comp has been having for a while? Zarya synergizes exactly zero with Orisa.

Shes a tank/bruiser hybrid. She deals massive damage and move slow like a bruiser, she can take lots of damage like a tank, but most of the part she is considered a full bruiser instead of a tank. She cant solo tank or else she is just an ult battery
