I reported pretty much the same issue about a week ago, but it has worsened.
I had to move from ESDF to WASD because the D key for going backwards was not working, and that seemed to work perfectly for about two weeks until last night. Now, the D key sometimes does not work and it definitely is not a hardware issue.
I type a lot all day for work, there is absolutely 0 discrepancies with my D key. When I play other games I don’t have any problems at all. When I test the d key alone (just going dddddddddddddddddddddd in a text editor, there is never a hiccup). When I use another keyboard, the same issue persists.
I’ve tried reinstalling the game with no success. I have not tried using another input method like a controller.
Please Blizzard or someone respond to me. Is there some kind of cache I can clear
im not sure if its the exact same thing but my N button to endorse didn’t work and same thing it isn’t hardware related and all my drivers are up to date.ive tested it and have never had issues with my key board until i load up overwatch.
My brother has this same exact issue with D key, me and my entire group I play with also cant use tab at end of game. Broken game smh

Same issue, except for me, it’s the “A” key, which I use for left. It randomly stops working or lags. So frustrating. Anyone find a fix for this?

Same issue for me but with A. It comes and goes sporadically. Hasn’t been an issue for a couple months, but today it’s back with a vengeance.
So… I had to disassemble and cleanup the keyboard because of this.
been having this same issue and it only ever happens when i play OW – it happens in a middle of the game and then i have to rush to get one of my external keyboards because my ‘A’ key randomly stops working and makes me think my actual keyboard is messed up – turns out, the keyboard is fine, and tends to start working again, AFTER i close OW, its annoying
