according to twitch I should have adequately unlocked the rewards, and the linked account is correct (to be safe I disconnected and reconnected). but the rewards have not arrived in the game, they continue to be ununlocked.

Earned them yesterday. Claimed them yesterday. Checked in-game yesterday, nothing yet.
Checked again before work this morning, nope. Checked again this evening, nope. All 3 rewards are a no-show so far.
Been almost 48 hours since I claimed the reward but still nothing showing when I log into Overwatch. It shows all rewards as locked and “only available sometimes in the shop”.
Same here, it’s been more than 24 hours since claiming all 3 Twitch drops, and still none of them are usable in gallery

Deffo not a me issue here either since it picked up the OWCS ones and all previous ones without complaint.
Hello, we identified the problem with Twitch Drops and everyone missing their rewards should be receiving them by the end of the day. Apologies for the inconvenience.
