there is a sniper called overwatch and a rifle which feels like a shotgun called widow maker, as buggy as the game is(i have it on the base ps4) performance really isnt that bad for me and its so much fun, anyone else found any other overwatch references?
Seems like more of a TF2 (Widowmaker | Official Team Fortress Wiki) or Deus Ex reference, honestly.

It’s nice to be optimistic but Overwatch is defnitely not a new word.
to be fair i mostly just want to talk about cyberpunk 
but i still think at least one of them would be an overwatch reference

I wont go that far overwatch isn’t the only ones that you those words. So to claim so reference i wouldn’t say that, there are other sources that came before overwatch. It is a nice coincidence though.

They are in the same mission, which is more interesting, but yeah, I too am unconvinced.
I was gonna say that Widowmaker sounds more like a TF2 reference.
if my ancient ps4 can run it fine, so can pretty much anything, people are being drama queens
Only egg I saw so far was a crowbar that alluded to Gordon Freeman in the flavor text.

Runs great on my Pc.
I run it 100+ fps on native 4k with hdr enabled ROG monitor. Game looks crazy good.
A few bugs here and there. Just some character texture pop in but nothing to the point where the game broke.

nah definitely an overwatch reference, the gun has a charge up mechanic where it deals more damage the longer you hold, it deals poison damage (like venom mine) and in the same questline theres another gun you can obtain called Overwatch

not going to lie it can get rough at times, but its a slow framerate occasionally, a crash sometimes(well around once every 2 hours which isnt great however the game autosaves so often and the loading times are not bad so it never becomes a huge issue) but happy for you its running well on your pc, for the most part it runs well on my ps4 and i am generally happy with the game
