In between events, the characters/maps are randomly selected to fill the main menu. What if we could customize that like in CS:GO? We would be able to choose the character, the map and the skin of the character to personalize the main menu. Playlists of main menu sets could appear randomly. Maybe in OW2?

That’d be really cool! I imagine the dev team has a LOT on their plate at the moment, so I sadly don’t expect much, but I’d love this if implemented.

Funny story:
When i was new to ow and before i started playing, i actually thought when entering the game that from a list you could pick 1 hero out of all of them who was released in 2017 (started playing then) and that hero was going to be your main from now on.
And that this hero would always be on your home screen all the time, i think at one point i even tried to google if you could change the hero shown on your home screen because i wanted to know if it was possible if i were to swich main lol.
Turns out it was all false once i actually started playing 
But yeah i think it would actually be really cool if you could do something like that and make it more personalized, i really like that idéa.

That’s pretty funny. what character were you stuck with?
I don’t know what you really mean by stuck with 
but back when i looked up overwatch to see what it was and looked at all the heroes d.va pretty much grabbed my attention because of how cool she was, i mean being a pilot to such an awesome meka 
that’s bada**! 
And she actually ended up being my main in tank role lol because of how fun she really is

Personally, I often have a video running on my second monitor while I q and I’d prefer to have my main on screen instead of some character I spent 2 hours playing. But more generally, I think that people like customization because it lets the player put their touch on the game to make it fit their personality.
i’d prefer bugfixes and performance improvements tho lmao, but would be cool ngl
