Customer support ticket delay in responses?

Guys i dont know if any1 else is experiencing this but i feel like these guys are ignoring my ticket in general, i made a ticket since past weekend about the phone number requirement and i still havent gotten a reply, made an update to my ticket on release of OW 2 to ask for refund and they still havent replied.

Has anyone else made tickets which take way too long for them to reply?This is the first time they take so long to reply and i have opened tickets many times for different games they have but never so long.

Dont even know if this is the right place for this but i wanna see if others are experiencing this

because they have an insane amount of tickets this week. Most likley all the same issue as well (i cant get in! / my skins are gone!)
it’ll take over a week to respond probably.

is it you want a refund on coins?

i want a refund on my watchpoint pack, i was gatekeeped my the number block the whole week even if my phone was meeting the requirements it just didnt accept it, so why pay for something while i couldnt play , you know?

Why would they reply if the requirement was removed? They even asked ppl to cancel tickets about it to help with waiting times…

On top of that they send auto reply with notification that requirement is removed the moment u mention anything about phone in your ticket.

I opened the ticket before the release of the game last weekend, because from the moment i tried to install it asked for a number and thats when i opened my ticket with them, and upon release when i couldnt play because i still hadnt gotten a reply i just sat there with no game.
