I’m not 100% sure if this is a bug or if there’s something I’m missing out.
Sometimes I can play a custom match and complete it but it doesn’t get saved. On the other hand, I can sometimes start a custom match and leave mid game then check the replays and find it there.
Is this some sort of unintentional inconsistency or am I missing something?
Custom Game’s don’t generate Replays under the following circumstances
The Game is waiting for Players
The Selected Game mode is Skirmish
Thanks for the response. I usually set max ffa players to 1 (which is me) and game mode is deathmatch. I still can’t figure out what special thing did I do in some matches for it to be saved.
Thanks for the help! Turns out the mistake I was doing is testing out custom games WHILE I was in queue for a match.
Any custom games you play from the beginning of the queue until you find a match are thrown out of the window and not saved in the replay. Pretty silly but unexpected lol.
The match timer in custom games has to end in order for it to create a replay
