Why is it not possible anymore to look around you while you doing emotes!
Is it a bug or you need to swap something in the settings?
Can someone help out?

Actually not specific workshop related, wrong section, may visit the Bug Report sub forum.
I think this is an intended change (requested by quite a few players on the forums). When you use a custom camera (Start Camera action), it will no longer be overriden by the emote camera. From the latest patch notes:

As far as I know, that can only be done in the script (by adding a rule/actions that stop the custom camera when a player is using an emote and then start the camera again, once the emote has finished [when the player is not performing an emote anymore]).
