This has been going on for years now, and hasn’t been addressed. Here is the bug cycle: Set filters > Join custom game > Leave custom game > Server browser filters are still set accordingly but are not filtering properly (low quality connection games will show even if you have them filtered out.)
I know this is probably low on the prio list and should be… but its been YEARS now that this bug has continued on… time to fix it
