Collected the twitch drop. Re launched OW2, loot crates had an icon showing I had a loot crate available, there were none to open. Re launched again, icon is gone, and no loot crate to open.

They opened it automatically.

I’ve got the exact same issue as op and checked history, there was no lootbox opened automatically since I opened my lootbox yesterday from weekly rewards.
How many you have in total since 18?
The same thing happened to me this morning. I logged in and had 2 but only was able to open one, then when I logged out and back in, the remain box was gone.
They did not fix this as there are no new items in my history after the box I opened.
