Ive been having problems with IND spikes for the past few weeks, since retribution(this causes rubeerbanding)
whenever i press ctril-shift-n, i get orange bars whenever it IND spikes, any help?

I’ve also been experiencing this, even though its rare it gets annoying quick.

Orange bars you say? Well that’s packet-loss & would explain the rubber-banding Not much you can do to fix that I’m afraid that is in the hands of Your ISP or Blizzards end.
This issue has been happening intermittently ever since launch. (It didn’t happen once to me in the whole of closed beta) Which leads me to believe There is problems with blizzards servers. But what is weird is the way the Packetloss seems to affect the IND spikes which in turn affect gameplay so much with the input lag & mini stutters. Because on other games such as CS/Quake none of that occurs under the same scenario.
This only happens in OW, so im assuming its coming from blizzard
