C.S. Is Terrible

This is probably going to be flagged or removed but whatever. I’m sorry but what kind of C.S. ghosts their own players? I’ve asked multiple times about something, I get a response that doesn’t answer my question so I respond again asking the same thing and for them to clarify and then I never get a response from them again :). Great customer service you guys got there.

Are you asking about something that is outside the purview of customer service ? Game hints, technical issues etc. ? Or are you trying to appeal a suspension or ban as you can’t follow simple rules and they told you that no more tickets will be answered ?

It was a question about a suspension or possible ban I had received. Tried to appeal it was denied, whatever. I asked them if it was a ban or a suspension and for how long if it was a suspension they told me that they cannot provide that information because it’s on console and that I should have received an email from them.

I asked them why they cant tell me why they can’t see the penalty on console when it’s through Overwatch not Xbox as I’m not penalized through Xbox only through the game. It sounds like BS to me that u can’t see penalties for ur own game on all platforms? Didn’t make sense to me never got an answer to that question.

In the same response I also told them I never received an email with any info on the suspension and or ban that I received and I checked the possible emails it could’ve gone to I even checked spam/junk and there was absolutely nothing from blizzard. So I told them that I never received an email and wanted to know if they could resend it or provide Info. Never got a response

I tried Twitter blizz CS and opening a Ticket through blizzard and it was the same run around with no actual answers to what I wanted to know. On top of that like I said I never got a response from them and the ticket was closed not even saying anything about why it was closed or anything. This happened before with a suspension I received in the past a couple years back they said I should’ve gotten an email with the info I told them I didn’t get an email and they never responded.

Blizzard has no direct control over some aspects of consoles. They may in fact not be able to see anything directly. Has to do with licensing rules set down with Sony and Microsoft as they own their own networks and control them themselves.

This may change though soon, as I heard somewhere that these limitations may be removed eventually on some games and contracts.

I would suggest getting with your console support, as you could be banned within their system.

See they could’ve at least told me something like that. Not just say they can’t see it and leave it at that. Just say can’t see it due to legal issues or something along the lines of that . It just doesn’t make sense to me because the reports were filed through Overwatch and not the Xbox itself I would think they should be able to see it. For example, PC players cannot play with console players, as there is no direct path for them to do so. Sony has their own network system that they link Sony players on, and Microsoft has their own network as well. I’m not even sure Xbox and Sony players can play with each other, or Nintendo’s.

But those reports probably are routed different on the console. And they might in fact be handled a different way. But I don’t play on console, so I don’t know the exact details.

The only 2 games I have that I think u can play with all platforms is fortnite and DBD. So I’m not exactly sure. But I’ll try contact Xbox and see what they say. If they tell me that can’t see it then idk what to do at that point because there has to be some way to view it.

Update. I contacted Xbox support they can’t help me as they don’t have communication with their enforcement team :neutral_face: and there’s no way for me to contact the enforcement team. Great system you got there blizz
