I have my crosshair gap set below 5, but the game is not allowing that for me after the last patch. I’m stuck with having a gap between the dot in the middle and the lines on the outside as opposed to having a plus-sign with an enlarged middle.

Yeah, the Dot and Outline settings (even if invisible/0 opacity) seem to be physically pushing away the actual crosshair/circle center gap away from the center. Hoping they revert or fix it, since going on each hero to reinvent their crosshairs might just turn everything upside down again if they do address this issue.
