I know you guys probably have lots of these request, but I hope you guys could fix this for me, as friends or mine, are having their skins being returned etc…
I used to play Overwatch in my ps4 with the name LordSpain069, and I connected that account to my battle.net. Meaning that I should have gotten those skins, characters and money be transferred to my new account, which is on PC (PapiSamir#2302). I know you guys are having a tough time at the moment, but I would really appreciate if you guys could transfer my progress from PS4 to PC. Thank you very much.
Both accounts (PS4 & PC) use the email : shahmeerchadderes@gmail.com
Please let me know when this error will be fixed as the in-game ‘‘cross merger’’ button doesn’t work.

Similar issue, but instead of ps4 to pc is ps4 to ps5 I hope they fix this…

UPDATE: My account is now is process of being merged with my old ps4 account, I have no idea if this post helped, but thanks Blizzard for doing so.

ngl this is probably a server thingy. I haven’t played ow1 in a long long long long while (like ~2ish years ago). So it’s probably a server thing and how they need to dig up your old and groggy psn data from their huge database. It’s either that or something else. Also I suffer from the same thingy; the console to pc progression not working.

Same here, lost everything on my ps4, that had a lot of skins and items, none of them have come through, would love it if this gets fixed soon, this was one of my favourite games and I played it a decent amount, would hate for that to go to waste
