Criteria Met. No Top500 rewards/ leaderboard spot. T-T

My account is not showing up on the Top 500 Competitive Open Que Americas Leader Board.

As far as I can tell from my investigations I have met all the Top 500 Leaderboard criteria.

—Blizzard Account Stuff:—
I have the account authenticator set up and working.
I have the SMS protection set up and working. My personal Visible(Verizon)#.
I’ve tested these and reset the passwords logged in and out. The only thing I didn’t test was deleting my phone number and re-adding it because I’m scared it won’t let me re-add my number. (I still get SMS verifications though. ¯_(ツ)_/¯)

—In Game:—
I have 35 wins in Open Que Competitive for Season 14.
According to the history tab, I played 33 Open Queue Comp games from now to as far back as one week ago. +3 Role Q comp games. (This is all I can see in the history tab.)
According to the Statistics tab for the current competitive season, I have the following:
76 Competitive Games Played 38W/37L.

There are players on the leaderboard with as little as “29 games played” this season. I should have well over 50 Open Queue Comp games played this season (no actual way to check but I rage quit role queue a few seasons ago). I have more than 33 WINS and very very likely more than 50 games played in just Competitive Open Queue season 14.

I am Open Que Ranked Diamond 2 which should put me at least at Top 412 on the Top 500 Americas Leader Board. Diamond 2 is Top 304-411.

There might be a lifetime achievement called “Seasoned Competitor” which requires 750 games in competitive but I can’t find it anywhere and there’s sorta no way I don’t meet that. I’ve played a lot.

—Internet thing?—
About a week ago I had to stop playing because my internet was having high ping (not just overwatch) likely due to a snowstorm and the videogame Overwatch was even trying to connect me to the Middle East Blizzard server (without me changing regions in the Desktop App) but it’s not like I was playing games with 900MS ping ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

I think I’m missing some little detail in the game however with my past luck track record for these kinds of things it’s some impossible technological glitch I did not cause that has no easy fix. Hopefully, I just need to play more games or something though.

Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks, everyone.

It should be under “challenges” and “lifetime”. I would check as this only counts OW2 games.

Oh Hooray! That’s it!

I looked under Challenges>Lifetime and did not see it. I checked again just now, it is there but also under Player Title>Competitive. 628/750! I thought there was no way I hadn’t hit that mark but I wanted to check to be sure.

Yay! Thanks!
