Just had this funny idea and thought it’d be cool to share some perks idea we might have !
Share has many as you want, just make it “realistic” like it could be added to the game. It can either be minor or major. Be creative !
Here i go with mines :
1. Moira
- Mixed Alchemy : Both orbs now makes what the other orb do, with reduced intensity. (Damage orb also heals allies and healing orb also damage ennemies)
2. Wuyang
- Chilling Water : Ennemies hit with Guardian Wave are slowed down for a short period of time.
- Spring Water : No longer boost received heals, now heals for a certain amount of HP and cleanse negative effects. (Might be a bit too powerful tho)
3. Lifeweaver
- Brambles : Tree of life deals damage to ennemis in its area of effect.
4. Lùcio
- Crowd Pleaser : Soundwave now create an area around Lùcio that heals for 100 HP (I just love this power from Stadium and I need it since they nerfed it again)

Junkrat should consume both of his mines to propel him forward at godspeed and literally freaking explode and kill anyone he came in direct contact with.

Preferably as a minor perk so I don’t have to give up Superbloom for it. To make room for it, we can move the cleanse grip into his base kit, ezpz 
Now to replace that useless Petal Power perk, how abouuuuutttt a perk that allows LW to cancel his own grip early, and doing so early enough gives it a shorter cooldown? Or one that makes grip place a protective flower shield “bubble” on the target first, and then we can press the button again to actually pull them if that’s what we need?

Pulse Bomb damage generates ult charge
Blink melees deal double damage
Pulse Bomb does 600 damage, halved on Tanks
Pulse Bomb locks the abilities of stuck targets
Blinks shift hitbox instantly
Pressing Recall takes you back 1 second for a 10 second cooldown. Holding Recall takes you back for the full duration
Blinks and footsteps are silent
Deal higher damage to targets being healed
Blinking through someone phases them out for a few frames, making them unhealable
Melee animations canceled with Recall deal double damage
Tighten spread by 50%, reduce falloff to 6 meters

Kiriko
Kunai critical multiplier goes from 2x to 2.1x to allow her to two tap 250hp heroes.
By holding the button tp can now also be used to rescue a teammate by tp’ing to them and then immediately tp’ing both of them back to Kiri’s original position. Like she does in her trailer. Like Weaver pull, but cool. No tp’ing teammates off the map though. Totally.
Ofuda travel 50% faster now. No need for cringe critical teammate conditions, ofuda is just faster at all times.
Kiri can double jump like a ninja.
Bring back double tp.

My Baby!: When your turret is destroyed by enemies, gain +50% attack speed for 3 seconds.
Spring Step: Pressing double jump near your turret will allow you to jump off it, going high into the air.
Zenyatta
Inner Solace: Gain a Harmony Orb permanently attached to yourself that heals at -66% effectiveness. (I really like this in Stadium…)
Orisa
Pinned Point: Javelin can now critical hit enemies.

kiriko : double zuzu - reduces the cooldown of protection suzu by 3 seconds and gives it an extra charge
that could be a third option for any hero with either a visior or any robot so zen, orisa, sym, stuff like that
