All barriers are “mirrors” in the inside for the own team. Therefore, they can only be effectively used to create space because they shoot everything back at yourself. Bob becomes her shift ability and on a 5 sec cool down.

My own:
Bastion:
Turret fire now propels Bastion in the opposite direction that it’s shooting, a la Stick Fight. Shooting down at an angle will allow Bastion to fly at a high speed, but hitting a wall without slowing down will damage Bastion similarly to a Doomfist punch.
Tracer:
Reloading weapons now undoes any damage done in that magazine. Failing to secure a kill before reloading could cause the opposing player to be overhealed.
Lucio:
Due to the force actually required to boop someone back with sound only, enemies booped will lose sound for the rest of the game, including a temporary shellshock effect on the boop.
Orisa:
Due to a lack of teams grouping up, we’ve now added a mount feature for DPS to ride Orisa into battle to incentivize team-focused gameplay.
Reinhardt:
Due to old age, Reinhardt can no longer survive a charge into a solid object. To get around this, we’ve provided Reinhardt with a LifeAlert necklace that will automatically revive Reinhardt after a charge, although it takes about two weeks of hospital care.
