I like to tab out of Overwatch while queuing, but ever since the last major patch It’s been crashing (though unpredictably) when I do so, with task manager simply saying it’s not responding, even though I can usually hear the game sounds. It seems to happen more often when my FPS is low, but I don’t know exactly what’s going on. Please help, I’ve lost SR and been suspended because even though the game puts me into a comp match, I can’t join it and have to close the game.
This is generally the sign of a third-party software conflict. Do you have ANY overlays running while playing overwatch? How about any of the other known issues?
I am also having this issue. I have discord installed on my computer, but the overlay is disabled. I repaired the game, but am still having issues. Currently doing a full reinstall to see if that helps.
