Crashing on launch "application stopped working"

I never had any problems with overwatch in the past and haven’t changed anything to my pc since then except driver updates.

Now when I hit play the game opens then instantly black screens and gives me the error. I’ve tried repairing and reinstalling and neither worked. I see no fixes on google.
Is there any methods to fix it?

Looks like you’re dealing with a known bug with old versions of Razer Chroma and Synapse. I bolded the important bits in the info you posted (thanks for that, really helps narrow things down!) Steps to fix are here and should get you right back in action.
