I highly suggest you skip Comp mode until you get the problem sorted, as you could work your way to a permanent season ban for a technical issue, and I doubt you want that to happen.
Your DXDiag isn’t showing too much activity, other than you Windows updates waiting to install (you may need to manually check for them). I do see you’re using a Ryzen CPU, which seem to have a direct issue with Overwatch. I also see you’re using Corsair devices, and sometimes the iCUE driver program for them can cause issues.
