I have tried everything, from uninstalling to reinstalling, updating drivers, closing down apps, etc but my game still won’t play. I go onto the blizzard desktop app and click play for overwatch and the button turns into the playing now button as it should. A black window appears (presumably the game is starting up) but then it closes down almost straight away and the button just goes back to Play. I have had no trouble playing overwatch until now. I think it might have something to do with avast cleanup? I am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Side note: I’m not a computer wiz so if you could talk simple to me that would also be appreciated. Thank you!
Are you using Razer devices?
