Hey, I recently was looking into an Overwatch external application named, Counterwatch. I found it while looking at a vod of a player using there built in app. The application Counterwatch would track enemies death timers and swaps directly on the players screen without the use of TAB or in a way that is available in Overwatch’s native settings. I feel as though this falls under the topic of Facilitating Gameplay information which is directly against Blizzards End User License Agreement. I am unsure if this application has been directly approved, I know that Overwolf applications do have approval as long as they don’t mess with the game. But I feel like is crossing into the territory of modifying gameplay to give an advantage, even if small.
Unless Blizzard makes it or directly advertises it to you, steer clear.
