His counters, sombra and brig have been nerfed. And you can no longer run 3 tanks with hog or something to stop him.
He is totally out of control. A totally busted man, ruining ranked queue.
Fix him! Everyone agrees I presume?

It takes like 30 renegade Doomfist players who WANT to play Doomfist, to compare to even ONE decent Doomfist.
So we’re nerfing 1 in 30 now? Somehow this doesn’t seem fair.

Doomfist can 1 v 6 the enemy team, no brain no aim rocket punch, generating infinite shields and untouchable mobility.
I’ve never seen this happen but if the forums say its true then its gotta be.

Its pointless. Emotional Opinions can’t be changed.
Suggestions on how to actually better the character was ignored by Blizz over a stop-gap buff that nobody asked for.
So I stopped trying and just go with the flow.

I’ve noticed a lot more Dooms actually doing work than usual. I think they just need to revert his shields buff (back to 30 per hit instead of 35; it adds up) and maybe the slam CD buff and he’s fine.

tbh doom doesn’t need to really do any of those to be a major nuisance. No hero is as good at going in and getting a trade and then some, and trading a DPS for a support is a win (or even a tank, since he can reposition them to the middle of his own team) for Doomfist’s team.
He just deletes people and is so hard to kill. He is good at high and low ranks. Seems a simple nerf to me.

It happened twice.
Both ended up pretty bad for him.
I still don’t understand how brig got basically deleted but doomfist who is 10 times more frustrating to play against gets a free pass.
It’s even more annoying to play against him now because sombra (his only real counter) got nerfed again and has now a 44% winrate.
They should finally rework him into a tank (like brig who got reworked into a real healer).

Yeah. His uppercut could send you in the same predictable arc every time such that it guarantees an environmental kill if done anywhere close to an edge. Where you have literally zero control over where your character goes until you hit the ground

for as long as all the CC, resurrect and immortality field exist in overwatch… doomfist will be the most balanced hero in the game.
That’s because it’s an idiotic character design that doesn’t belong in this type of game. He will always be boom or bust with his present design.
He should probably just be reworked into a tank.
